Shipping Policy

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Small works

Smaller pieces are shipped using standard flat-rate delivery within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after purchase.

Large / heavy artworks

Larger works (including pieces up to 10kg and oversized formats) require additional care in packaging and handling.

For these works:

Shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout
Shipping costs are determined after purchase based on size, weight, and destination
You will always receive confirmation of shipping costs before dispatch
No item will be sent without your approval of the final shipping cost

This ensures each artwork is packaged safely and shipped using the most appropriate method.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or large works may require additional preparation time before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Orders

International shipping may be available upon request for selected works. Additional shipping costs and timeframes will apply.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These are part of the unique nature of the work and not considered defects.
